Event Rules
Please remember - Your actions (or others) can jeopardize our event! Help us keep our event going for many years to come. We (OBX Truck Fest) do not condone street takeovers, parking lot meets, etc that damage private property within our community or any other community.
When an individual registers for our event, there are certain rules that a registrant and vendors are to abide by while at the event. These rules are put in place to ensure the safety of all attendees at the event. We as an event do not condone any behavior that puts atendees at our event in danger or causes property damage to the property that the event is held. With that being said, we will never condone or promote the behavior we don't allow to happen at the event outside of the event.
- You must pre-register on our website or in person at the event. DO NOT send anyone else your money.
- The deadline for show registration is day of the event (or until we hit the cap of 1,200 vehicles).
- All sales are final. Show is rain or shine.
- You Must provide a drivers license and emailed ticket proof at check-in to receive window decal
- There will be no registration transfers.
- No trailers inside the show grounds without pre-approved permission. There will be designated parking for trailers.
- No spectator parking on site. There will be designated parking outside of the venue.
- No golfcarts (unless registered as show vehicle). No motorized scooters/vehicles unless you need them for handicap purposes to get around. (Speak to staff).
- No BBQ pits. We have food vendors on site for you and plenty of local restaurants.
- No alcohol. (coolers are permitted for outside food and non-alcoholic drinks).
- No pop-up tents. Vendors may have tents (must be secured and weighted down). Failure to do so can result in non-approval to set up.
- Spectators are FREE!
- If the event is rescheduled, all registrations will roll over to the new event date that ould be determined at a later time.
