Event Schedule

Thursday Nov 6th:

10am-5pm: Vendor and staff set up
12pm-4pm: Show vehicle trailer drop off in approved parking locations.
5pm: Open cruise to all vehicles before show commences.
**EVENT NOT OPEN TO GENERAL PUBLIC/SHOW VEHICLES MAY NOT BE PARKED ON THE SHOW FIELD UNLESS THEY ARE VENDOR DISPLAY BOOTH VEHICLES**

Friday Nov 7th:

8-10am: Vendor Set up / Vehicle trailer drop-off
10am-430pm: Show vehicle registration (until3pm) / Judging / DJ / Food Vendors / Open to spectators
430pm: Day 1 concludes
TBD: Pre-party at XXX
TBD: Cruising
